Single-use Spiration valves

  • Spiration valves for emphysema and air leak treatment
  • The SVS valve is designed to limit airflow to the portions of the lungs distal to the valve while still allowing mucus and air movement in the proximal direction
  • SVS valves are inserted into the airway by the deployment catheter and loader
  • Measurement of selected segments prior to valve treatment is done with the calibrated balloon catheter

Single-use airway sizing kit

  • IBV-VSK airway-sizing kit is used together with B5-2C balloon for balloon calibration and measurement of selected airways to determine the right valve size prior to valve treatment
  • Airway-sizing kit and the balloon catheter B5-2C are used with a 10 cc syringe with luer lock
